This was always going to be a close affair given Hallam's recent resurgence and Worsborough's fantastic unbeaten Home record.

It was the home side who started the stronger and who took the lead as the Countrymen struggled to find the form that had seen them beat Emley so convincingly at the weekend. Hallam then hit back with goals either side of the break from in form Aaron Moxom and it looked if all three points may be going back to Sandygate.

Worsbrough kept pressing and managed to force a penalty in the closing minutes which allowed them to retain their impressive record.

A good point for Hallam as they start to put a run together which will hopefully see them climb the table.
