A brisk afternoon at Sandygate sees Maltby Main return to the Worlds Oldest Football Ground. Maltby have had a mixed season in the NCEL Premier League winning only 3 game in the last 8. Hallam FC came into the game losing only 2 in the last 7.
The first half was a bit dry with both sides creating only half chances. It was only a late first half penalty that put Hallam FC ahead with Oliver Fearon converting with only seconds of the half remaining.
The second half sees Hallam FC playing uphill and a brace from Kieran Watson, both from close range, sealed the game and another 3 points for the Countrymen.
